Based on 2 Adults per room and/or up to 4 children per room.
Accommodation, Continental Breakfast, Light Lunch and Dinner (soup, main meal and dessert).
Groups of 20 or more
Adults $100.00 per person per day from 1st December to 31st March
Adults $102.00 per person per day from 1st April to 30th November
School Age Children $80.00per person per day from 1st December to 31st March
School Age Children $82.00 per person per day from 1st April to 30th November
Child 12 months to 5 years $30.00 per child per day from 1st December to 31st March
Child 12 months to 5 years $32.00 per child per day 1st April to 30th November
Groups less than 20 Adults
$2,000.00 per day from 1st December to 31st March
$2,040.00 per day from 1st April to 30th November
School Group Packages
$80.00per person per day from 1st December to 31st March
$82.00 per person per day from 1st April to 30th November
Minimum 20 people

Cooked Breakfast $10.00 per person

Linen Hire $28.00 per bed
The above prices are valid until December 2024.
All prices are GST inclusive.
What you will need to bring
- All your own bedding (sleeping bag, linen, blanket, pillow and towel). Linen hire is available with prior notice.
- Fold up chair if you are sitting outside.
- The washing machine and drier require $1.00 coins.
- Provisions may be obtained either from Batlow or Tumbarumba.

Payment Procedure
Booking fee of $500.00 must be paid within four (4) weeks of the booking date.
50% of the total rentals required 2 weeks in advance.
No refunds unless extenuation circumstances prevail and claims are made in writing.
